Admin Dashboard: Overview
Overview is the operational starting point. It combines current session data, schema shortcuts, and service health so you can decide where to investigate or configure next.
What the page shows
Section titled “What the page shows”- Active Sessions: a summary of sessions currently in progress. See the current limitation below before relying on this card for incident response.

- Chat-enabled Schemas: enabled schemas compared with the total.
- Success Rate: completed sessions divided by completed plus failed or timed-out sessions.
- Live Sessions: session ID prefix and start time. Agent names are not currently shown in this list.

- Schemas: shortcuts to the first configured schemas.
Use Recent Events to continue to Tasks or Audit Log for detailed activity.
